On the way home from Kennewick we stopped and went to Rossow’s U-Tote-Em Burger joint in Ellensburg. It’s a real old time hamburger place, the food is so much better than the chain fast food. Not only is the food better, but you feel better eating in this small slice of Americana, cool memorabilia on the walls and the staff is friendly not in a forced way but because it’s a family owned place and they want you to truly feel welcomed.   P.S. the milkshakes are really, really good and so is the double burger.
