There still is a place where you can get a breakfast for less than three dollars including coffee, Ruth’s Café in Partridge is the place. Ruth does it all she takes the order, brings out the silverware, cooks the food and clears the table. Along with just being just downright cheap it’s also an experience just going there, you’ll have to go there yourself to find out.
