Where To Ride When It’s 104 Degrees

Go to Ehrenburg where it’s even hotter, you can’t fix stupid. The rookie, Sandy is along for the ride and we left early to avoid the heat. Form the Prescott area it’s about 170 miles and we left at 6am and stayed cool for the most of the way. Temperatures were pleasant on the Colorado River and we enjoyed a few days of good company, boating and beer. Rode to Blythe, CA one morning for breakfast and then parked the bike for the rest of the trip. Return trip we left at 5:30am making for an even cooler ride.
